Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the United States. We do not sell or ship products internationally at this time.
The following chart shows typical delivery times via USPS. Most US orders ship Priority Mail, however the shipping service used may vary and delivery times are for reference only and may not indicate actual delivery times.
Expedited shipping is available for most locations at checkout - we will do our best to get these orders to you as fast as possible, however shipping times are not guaranteed.
Treemagnets works with a group of Pro and Amateur players who promote our brand and gain benefits from sharing affiliate codes that may offer Free Shipping. These codes provide Free Standard Shipping and may not be combined with any expedited shipping options.
Please note that due to restrictions from our vendors, some products may not be shipped, and are only available for pickup or purchase in one of our retail stores. These items are marked by a note on the product page.
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.
Local pickup orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, excluding Sundays. A follow-up email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Local pickup orders are held at the pickup location for 10 business days before being cancelled and refunded.
Orders which require shipping will receive a shipping confirmation email or text once a shipping label has been created, and can be tracked once the shipping provider picks up the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation within 2 business days of the time you placed your order, and we have not already contacted you, please reach out to us to ensure that your order was received correctly.
An Update to Our Shipping Rates
When we started Treemagnets almost four years ago, we set out to help you find the exact disc you need at the best possible price. We continue to price our discs as low as manufacturer pricing policies allow. Alongside those low disc prices, we’ve maintained shipping rates that are shockingly low compared to many other retailers, offering free shipping on orders of $30 or more and a $5 flat rate on orders under $30.
We’ve kept this policy in place since we started and have put off making an adjustment for as long as possible. However, as shipping costs continue to rise, we have reached the point where a change is necessary.
Beginning October 1, orders of $50 or more will ship free. Orders under $50 will continue to ship for a flat rate of $5.
We know no one loves paying more for shipping, and we did not make this change lightly. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of Treemagnets.
