Shipping & Returns

We currently ship orders to the 50 United States. We do not sell or ship products internationally at this time.

The following chart shows typical delivery times via USPS. Most US orders ship Priority Mail, however the shipping service used may vary and delivery times are for reference only and may not indicate actual delivery times.

Expedited shipping is available for most locations at checkout - we will do our best to get these orders to you as fast as possible, however shipping times are not guaranteed.

Please note that due to restrictions from our vendors, some products may not be shipped, and are only available for pickup or purchase in one of our retail stores. These items are marked by a note on the product page.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day

Local pickup orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, excluding Sundays. A follow-up email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Local pickup orders are held at the pickup location for 10 business days before being cancelled and refunded.

Orders which require shipping will receive a shipping confirmation email or text once a shipping label has been created, and can be tracked once the shipping provider picks up the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation within 2 business days of the time you placed your order, and we have not already contacted you, please reach out to us to ensure that your order was received correctly.


No questions asked returns within 30 days.

Any items that has not been used may be returned to our store via the same method it was received for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are unhappy with your product in any way and have not used it other than removing it from the packaging, please contact us or visit the retail store where you originally purchased or picked up your product.

To be eligible for return, products must be unused and in the same condition that they were received in. If a product is damaged or lost in shipping, we will offer either a complete refund or replace the product with a similar item at no charge. Additional confirmation or photographs of the damage may be required to process these returns.

Additionally, returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if the product was purchased more than 30 days prior or if the item was lightly used, although additional charges may apply to these returns. Please contact us if you would like to be considered for a return under these conditions.

Refunds for returned items will be applied to the same payment method used to make the purchase at the original purchase price. Any gift cards applied to the original order will be refunded first, up to their original value, before any other reimbursement is made. Refunds will be distributed within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
