Particle Proton Plastic

Proton Particle Glow infuses glow plastic bits into the classis Proton plastic. While it is not a true glow disc it does give a unique glow affect.  This plastic is more durable, with less grip than Neutron and normally has dimpling in the flight plate due to the glow bits.  Expect a slightly more overstable flight that takes longer to beat in, similar to standard Proton.
